For over 20 years, I led from inside the machine. As a Managing Director at Accenture, I ran multimillion-dollar transformation portfolios, advised C-suite leaders through mergers and digital shifts, and managed global teams across three continents.
Then I burned out. It wasn't dramatic. It happened in the slow, quiet way that occurs when you are succeeding at a pace that isn't sustainable.
That experience is why I do this work now. I know what it costs to lead at the highest levels, and I know what it takes to do it without sacrificing everything else. I built this practice to help senior leaders and organizations go further with clarity, intention, and the kind of resilience that actually lasts.
Today, I partner with VP+ leaders and the organizations that need them to step up. I provide coaching through transitions, advisory through transformation, and the team alignment that turns strategy into execution.
